The names Jimi, Im from California, and i’m fascinated by wine. The history, the culture, the science, the art, the craft, the mysticism, the prestige, and all that other good stuff. I’d like to one day become a vintner and winemaker, but for now Im just working on my palate and background knowledge. Ive had the privilege of visiting some of the worlds most famed wine regions including Napa.Ca, Burgundy.Fr, and Barossa.As. However i don’t have the privilege to spend lots of money, so I tend to drink affordable wines and would like to share which of them I find nectarous and which of them I wouldn’t buy again. My goal for this blog is to make it a learning platform about wine and everything that goes along with it. Let’s see how it goes! Jimi
